In an agreement reached earlier this year, ALD Japan Inc. (https://aldjapan.com/) has agreed to acting as Meaglow Ltd.’s exclusive agent for Japan. With this agreement Meaglow’s range of hollow cathode plasma sources will be available to the Japanese market with the strong technical support of ALD Japan Inc. This will include hollow cathode plasma sources that are now part of some of the Anric Technologies‘ ALD units, including the AT650P and the AT200M. The picture below shows an AT200M (which fits inside a glove box) with a Meaglow series 16 plasma source attached to it.
